The staff were excellent and very polite. The Internet was playing up but the staff allowed me to use their pc. They told me what areas a tourist should go to and were generally concerned about my well being and safety and always wanted to know if I was happy and if anything else could be done to make my stay happier. The manager and his wife should be praised for their efforts and I should have checked as I write this but I made a mistake about my checking in date for my next hotel. The manager done his best to make sure I could stay one more night which I am doing and the only shame us that its my last night in SF and the bay bridge inn.
Stayed there for three days. The room was really comfortable, clean and feel like at home. The hotel is only few blocks to Westfield mall and cable car. The front desk was nice and helpful, we were happy to stay there!
close to the city center qnd cheap. Very nice staff.
continemtal breakfast means coffee and one pastry....It is not a hotel but a motel!!!!! bring your one computer!!!
The owner was very pleasant and eager to please, very friendly
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Market Street. Easy parking.
The hotel is in a very active industrial area between two garages repair business. Very thin walls. One night he slept next to us a bunch of kids and the noise was annoying. CAUTION! While leaving the hotel owner had us on the $ 40 extra. Only after the debate he agreed to get us! Worth checking out at reception when leaving!
Rick's personality and kindness. Mainly convenient if you like a little walk to get downtown.
Poor breakfast and confined and cramped reception/breakfast space. Noisy as it's close to a main road.
Excellent co-operation from Mr. Rishi - front office manager. Was ever willing to provide any help. Location of the hotel is also very close to market, eating places and railway and bus stations. Room was clean and well maintained.
Ricky, the man at the reception, is very friendly and helped us to know about San Francisco, places to visit and places where we should not go. He was always willing to answer our questions. The internet conection is good but slow. The hotel is well located, if you like walking you can reach Pier 39 on foot, if not, the troley is five blocks from the hotel (usd 6, one way). Do not be surprised to find a lot of homeless near the hotel, Downtown is full of them, but they are harmless. Another important issue is the parking, the hotel has a parking place, included in the rate, but not always there were empty spaces, we luckily found a place in front of our room, but one night we did not take the car out in case when we return do not find a place to park and let it in the street.
Great location, great price, free parking, free internet, very friendly front desk staff.
Staff was very helpful. My booking had not been initially documented correctly, so they stated that I did not have a reservation and that they were full. After a few minutes of checking, however, the situation was resolved and I had a room. Acceptable room for the price in the location.
The staff was pleasant, very busy at the time we arrived but nothing Rick couldn’t handle. The price cannot be beat! Close to at&t Park. Rooms were clean and updated recently. We had a refrigerator and microwave. This place was nothing like home, but it was a motel room for 1 night. Perfect for us!
After reading others comments I almost didn’t stay there. Yes the neighborhood is close to the soup kitchen (a block or so)so homeless people may straggle by but this motel is safe and a place to sleep. No swimming pool or tennis court but free parking! Deal!
Great staff. Nice people. Clean room. Not the best neighborhood but its not dangerous either.
There is very heavy afternoon rush hour traffic on Harrison as its an entrance to the freeway. But there is an alley "Clara St." That can be accessed from 5th or 6th and leads to the motel parking lot.
Higher price than, they say. Very Expensive
The hotel was ok the surroundings was not so good
Simple hotel, service ok relative expensive for the facilities but I guess that the price to pay for a hotel in the city center
Comfortable room, nothing special but good
The hotel claimed to have continental breakfast, however I don't consider packed pastries as decent breakfast.
